We build bridges between talents and companies – through international training centers and strong partnerships.

talentsbridge e.V. is more than just an association – we are a movement for the innovative recruitment of skilled workers and international education. Initiated by Sebastian Stietzel, President of the IHK Berlin, and supported by strong voices from business and education, we unite decision-makers, entrepreneurs and education stakeholders with a common vision:

We understand that the shortage of skilled workers in Germany is not only an economic challenge, but also an opportunity: an opportunity to build bridges.

Our members are committed companies, chambers of industry and commerce, chambers of skilled trades, educational institutions and individuals who take an international perspective on vocational education and training and want to actively shape solutions.

Whether in politics, business or education – we bring the right people together to build global training centers, promote talent in a targeted manner and enable sustainable development of skilled workers.

The shortage of skilled workers in Germany is hitting many industries hard – at the same time, there are millions of young talents worldwide without career prospects. This is where talentsbridge e.V. comes in: We promote the establishment of high-quality training campuses abroad in accordance with German standards.

NAMBRIDGE – Our pilot project in Namibia

Our first large training center will be established in Namibia. With a youth unemployment rate of over 45%, the country offers enormous potential for training young people specifically for the German labor market.
