The skills shortage can be solved! With training to German standards in the country of origin and targeted language support, talentsbridge creates a direct link between talented skilled workers and German companies – without bureaucratic hurdles.

The talentsbridge approach with the NAMBRIDGE pilot project aims to optimally prepare skilled workers for the German labor market in their country of origin through language courses at B2 level and training to German standards. This approach facilitates immigration in accordance with the new Skilled Immigration Act and reduces lengthy visa procedures.

Based on this concept and the current legal framework, the following ten measures can improve the integration of international skilled workers through talentsbridge:

Language support at B2 level in the country of origin

Targeted language courses enable skilled workers to reach the required B2 level before entering the country, which facilitates their integration and employability in Germany.
